The time has come to turn the computers off, take the contact lenses out and fall asleep in the arms of my beautiful bride. There are few things in life sweeter than cuddling with that one person who understands you more than anyone else - ANYONE ELSE - in the world. Removing yourself from the virtual world to the real world is a really good thing to do. I recommend it.
